Abuja – We are excited to announce the launch of the new Nigeria Health Watch logo, as part of the ongoing evolution of our brand. Since our inception in 2009, our organisation has grown and evolved, with a logo that has enabled us to become a respected voice in the Nigerian health sector. However, we now feel that the time has come for a rebrand, so we are launching a new logo that represents our evolution, bringing more clarity to our organisational values and better reflecting our vision.
We loved our old logo, however, we had many refer to us as ‘Health Watch’ or ‘Healthwatch’. We want to put more emphasis on our “indigenous” roots, which we are proud of as a leading health communication and advocacy organisation, focused on pushing health up the agenda in Nigeria. So, it is important that our country of origin, “Nigeria” is at the forefront of our re-brand.
So, after careful consideration, we have chosen a new logo, which provides our organisation with a fresh look, reflecting our new brand identity which encapsulates our mission, to advocate for better access to health care for all Nigerians. Our new logo ensures that ‘Nigeria’ is not hidden and all wording receives equal prominence, with a watchful eye on the duty bearers tasked with providing Nigerians with better access to healthcare.
We are excited about the rebrand of Nigeria Health Watch and we are currently updating all our platforms and branded materials with the new logo. We know that changing a logo is a process, so the new logo will become gradually visible across all our platforms. Look out for our new website which will be launched soon.
We are still Nigeria Health Watch, but now with a clearer and more consistent brand identity. If you have used the old Nigeria Health Watch logo in any of your materials or platforms, please contact us so that we can provide you with the new logo. We appreciate your continued support.
